Are you not sure whether your HR documents and practices have kept up with changing requirements? PRISM will review your existing employee documentation, policies, and management-selected HR practices to identify potential gaps, outdated information, and areas that may need attention. Your review is cross-referenced with applicable federal, Arizona, and local requirements, along with current professional HR guidance.
You’ll receive a clear Findings & Recommendations summary identifying what appears to be working, what deserves attention, and practical next steps to consider. Compliance research is conducted by a member of the Society of Human Resources Management using professional, subscription-based HR resources and authoritative government and regulatory sources, not simply publicly available search results. PRISM works for your business like a temporary partner- your human resource, if you will. Results are discussed directly with management so you can make informed decisions, address concerns early, and determine which solutions make sense for your organization.
Introductory package includes:
Initial management questionnaire
Review of up to 12 existing HR documents/policies
Review of selected employment practices identified by management
Research of applicable requirements and professional HR guidance
Written PRISM Findings & Recommendations summary
30-minute follow-up consultation to discuss findings.
Do you already know what HR project needs attention but need the time, research, or dedicated support to get it done? PRISM provides project-based HR support for businesses that need an extra human resource without adding a full-time HR position. Management identifies the goal or concern, and PRISM handles the detailed research, documentation, and development needed to move the project forward.
Your project is individually scoped and supported using applicable federal, Arizona, and local requirements, along with current professional HR guidance. Research is conducted by a member of the Society of Human Resources Management using professional, subscription-based HR resources and authoritative government and regulatory sources—not simply publicly available search results. Management remains involved in project decisions while PRISM takes on the time-consuming research and detailed work behind them.

Do you need a little more time for us to finish what we started? Additional Project Support provides up to three hours of dedicated PRISM consulting time for an existing or previously scoped client project.
Additional support may be used for continued research, document development or revisions, management consultation, follow-up questions, or related work that extends beyond the hours included in the original project. Work remains within the previously agreed-upon project scope unless PRISM and management agree to expand or modify it.
As with all PRISM project work, additional research is cross-referenced with applicable requirements and current professional HR guidance when relevant to the project.
Additional support includes:
- Up to 3 additional hours of project support
- Continued research related to the existing project
- Document development, revision, or refinement
- Management questions and consultation related to the project
- Follow-up recommendations or implementation support
- Work tracked in 30-minute increments
Please note: Additional Project Support is intended for current or returning PRISM clients with an established project or defined scope. New clients should begin with an HR Compliance Checkup or HR Project Support package.
